About the Role:We are hiring for our UK-based outbound survey process. This is a non-sales, non-target voice process where executives conduct short surveys over the phone with UK customers. Make outbound calls to UK customers based on provided data
Conduct short, scripted surveys – no selling involved
Record responses accurately and professionally
Meet daily call volume and quality benchmarks
Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality at all times
