You will be working as Quality Specialist at global grade 15 and will be part of Electrification business for Services division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Quality Manager and will be responsible for supporting the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Your responsibilities Supporting the deployment of strategy and objectives for quality management within local ABB organizational unit Collaborating with management within local ABB unit to innovatively shape the design and development of their functional area Supporting the management with respect to quality management-related content, tools and systems Supporting specific communication relevant to quality management in their own area of responsibility Supporting local organization by providing specific training material and training sessions Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization Your background Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Require 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field Should have QA / QC, process and final inspection of switchgear products by using SPC problem solving techniques, 4Q, Lean 6Sigma (yellow), auding knowledge Hands on experience in QMS ISO9001, Customer Care Response Process (CCRP), capture and follow-up NCR's, First Good knowledge in high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage switchgear (preferable - air insulated switchgears and breakers) A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills More about us ABB's Electrification Business Area is a global leader in electrical products and solutions, operating in more than 100 countries, with over 200 manufacturing sites.
