- Perform data crunching and screening to prepare datasets for internal calling and sales teams using Excel
- Conduct data cleansing and de-duplication to maintain accuracy and prevent reallocation of renewal customer accounts and active leads
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing sales performance and pipeline metrics
- Ensure proper filter context flow from lookup tables to data tables for accurate reporting
- Activate DRS/ERS through the online portal and manage lead inflow from multiple sources
- Screen and collate leads for allocation to the sales team, ensuring timely feedback and database updates
- Provide contact data for email campaigns and maintain related dashboards
- Initiate email blasts via Marketo to support lead generation efforts
- Support campaign execution and performance tracking
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed for new projects and initiatives
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; prior experience in a similar profile is an added advantage
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective probing skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
- Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
