Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & PlanningDrive topline achievement across primary, secondary, and tertiary sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and ensure profitable growth.
Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and business development initiatives.Channel & Distribution ManagementManage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure availability and reach.
Identify and bridge coverage gaps through effective market mapping.
Build and sustain loyalty programs and engagement activities with channel partners.Business Growth & Market DevelopmentConduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Develop sales promotion plans, BTL activities, and trade marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.Collections & Commercial ControlEnsure efficient money circulation through timely collections.
Manage credit cycles and resolve overdue payments.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, train, and motivate a team of Territory Executives/Sales Officers.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive team productivity
