
Operations Manager - Luxury Wildlife Resort, Jim Corbett

- Take full ownership of the Mudhouse Project alongside main lodge operations.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
- Oversee all departments: Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security, and Maintenance.
- Coordinate closely with all Heads of Department (HODs) for efficient operations.
- Implement and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and ensure cost control for profitability.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, review feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis with the finance team.
- Lead staff training, development, and appraisals.
- Be on-call 24x7 for operational emergencies and maintain flexibility with working hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Revenue Management Tools is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in a 5-star hotel environment in roles like Deputy Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, team management, commercial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L), excellent communication, hands-on approach, detail-oriented, high energy, and a passion for hospitality.
