Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process for fine jewellery
collections.
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop
seasonal product lines aligned with market trends and brand identity.
Oversee sampling, prototyping, and final product approvals, ensuring quality, cost, and
timeline targets are met.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with CAD, production, and QC teams.
Maintain technical specifications, BOMs, and costing sheets.
Conduct regular reviews of product performance and identify areas for improvement or
innovation.
Manage the PD calendar and ensure adherence to critical path timelines.Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Development, or mechanical.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the jewellery industry, with at least 2 years in a
managerial PD role.
Strong knowledge of design interpretation, CAD/CAM processes, and jewellery
manufacturing.
Understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery trends.
Proficient in tools like Rhino, Matrix, CorelDRAW, Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
