- Acquire new customers and maintain existing business relationships
- Develop, present, negotiate, and close customer-specific service, product, and project concepts/offers
- Follow-up and report on customer’s projects and forecast commitments via CRM
- Showcase our solutions at customer meetings, trade fairs, and conferences
- Achieve agreed sales and growth targets
- Collaborate with internal departments to offer tailored solutions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the region
- Enforce customer satisfaction goals
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the airport environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Basic IT understanding and ability to comprehend technical context
- Strong initiative, team spirit, determination, and customer focus
- Willingness to travel regularly (40% - 60% of the time), mainly in India
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders including airport maintenance personnel, electrical engineers, air traffic controllers, airline personnel, military personnel, and senior management.
