We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who can lead the finance team, implement Zoho tools, and drive automation in financial workflows.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the accounting team ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting- An expert in leading implementation and management of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications- Automate financial workflows and reporting through Zoho tools and integrations- Develop and monitor internal financial controls, processes, and policies- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings- Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analytics for management- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders on financial matters- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process upgrades- Provide training and guidance to the team on Zoho applications and accounting best practicesRequirementsRequirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Inter CA preferred)- 3–4 years of experience in accounting and financial management- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM implementation- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and statutory laws- Ability to automate workflows and integrate financial systems- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyBenefitsWorking Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
