The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and business growth, with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships in the IT services domain. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, pitch services, and drive revenue growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels.- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (e.g., software services, staffing, web/mobile development, etc.).- Drive sales pipeline from lead generation to closure with consistent follow-ups and client engagement.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to generate repeat business.- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and RFP responses in coordination with the technical team.- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report metrics to management.- Conduct online and in-person product demos and presentations.- Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technology updates to stay ahead in the market.- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing. Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.- 1-5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Business Development, or Pre-sales (preferably in IT Services/Staffing/Software Solutions).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Tech-savvy with understanding of IT products, services, or software development lifecycle.- Must be based in or willing to work from Bangalore or Pune.- Strong drive to meet and exceed targets with a result-oriented approach.
