Our expertise lies in Human Resource Management and Recruitment Processes, enabling clients to focus on business management and growth while we ensure seamless HR support.We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of CA Article Assistant (Finance & Compliance).Position SummaryThe CA Article Assistant will gain comprehensive exposure to core finance and accounting practices, supporting statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. This role offers hands-on experience under qualified Chartered Accountants, enabling practical learning aligned with ICAI articleship requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and finalization of financial statements.Support statutory and internal audit processes with documentation and analysis.Prepare and file tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and assist in tax audits.Maintain accounting records, journal entries, reconciliations, and vouchers.Assist in management reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with ICAI guidelines, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.Conduct research on accounting and taxation matters as assigned.Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.Qualifications & SkillsPursuing Chartered Accountancy (IPCC/Intermediate passed).Currently registered for Articleship as per ICAI norms.Strong academic foundation in accounting, taxation, and auditing.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP) preferred.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.High integrity and willingness to learn.Working ConditionsStipend: As per ICAI / Company policy.Working Hours: As per ICAI regulations / client requirements.Benefits: Learning exposure, professional mentorship, and growth opportunities.
