In this role, you’ll not only be technically proficient in IBM Maximo and related technologies, but also have a strong foundation in team leadership and project management. You'll play an important role in guiding the technical direction, development, and enhancement of our asset management solutions. This includes overseeing the design, development, testing, and documentation of new features, integration, mobile application development, and re-platforming initiatives.As a team lead, you will champion the use of latest technologies, systems, and methodologies to optimize business processes and drive the technical evolution of our enterprise-level products. Working within a high-performing Agile team, you'll ensure our cloud-based enterprise products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.Your ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Project ManagementLead a team of developers in implementing, customizing, and developing solutions within IBM Maximo. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical artifacts.Strategic Planning and ExecutionCollaborate with product managers and senior stakeholders to define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for your team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.Technical Excellence and InnovationSpearhead the design and development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and meet project goals. Promote best practices in development, including Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and automated testing.Team Development and MentorshipFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team. Mentor developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth. Identify and address skill gaps, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of technology trends.Quality Assurance and ComplianceOversee testing activities, including integration and system tests, to ensure the solutions meet rigorous quality standards. Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for all technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.QualificationsEssential Experience & Capabilities:

6-8 years of solid experience in technology, with a core focus on IBM Maximo development and implementation projects.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing software development teams.
Proficiency in Java / JavaScript, DB2 /Oracle, and familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, SQL, AWS / Azure.
Strong understanding of Maximo Integration Framework, both in configuration and customization.
Proven track record in Agile Product Development and SDLC.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in PaaS environments (AWS or MS Azure).
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with MAX 8
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps).
