For more information, .Role reports to: IT S/4 HANA DirectorLocation: Bangalore IndiaTravel %:Pay: (If compliant with country laws)What you will do ?The S/4 Security Lead is responsible for implementing security design within both our core S/4 HANA system but also within our MDG S/4 system at Kenvue. The role entails Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security and provide recommendations security role design and implementation as the program progresses through its lifecycle.What we are looking for ?Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with SAP Security and GRC Access Control
Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP S/4 HANA & MDG security
6+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying business and support roles with S/4 and Fiori roles.
6+ years of experience in developing solutions for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs.
2+ year of experience in large and complex projects with multiple rollouts for countries / regions
4+ years of experience in participating the security design workshops.
4+ years of experience working with the business process, ABAP development and organization change management workstreams on the overall project delivery.
4+ year of experience in designing, building, and deploying HANA database security.
2+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP GRC Access Request Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM)
4+ years of experience in building and updating Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset, configuring ruleset in SAP GRC 10.x/12.0 systems, and performing SOD risk analysis at user and role level.
1+ year of project, budget, and resource management

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in working in life science and healthcare industry.
Knowledge / experience in SAP BTP security design and approach
Knowledge / experience in cloud security and cloud migrations
Knowledge / experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controls
Knowledge / experience in SAP business process inherent configurable controls
Knowledge / experience in data protection tools and techniques
Knowledge / experience in identity access management tools
