- Support the service team by providing client feedback
- Attend to other work-related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Account mining, increase product density.
- To generate prospective key accounts to strengthen the KA base.
- Customer (Revenue) retention of 95%+
- On-time customer contract renewal of 100%
- Price increase from existing customers as per target set
- Manage collection and DSO as per targets set
- Generate new sales from existing and new customers as per the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target set
- Excellent Customer Relationship management skills
- Good communication - both verbal and written
- Proven track record of customer management and business development
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Bachelor's / PG Degree (or it's equivalent preferably MBA in sales & marketing) with overall sales experience of 4+ years of which 2 years should have been in Managing Key Accounts.
- Fair knowledge of the geography in which the position will be based
