- Maintain thorough documentation of all actions taken in relation to each ticket within the case log.
- Strictly adhere to established processes for both operational efficiency and quality assurance.
- Possess the discernment to escalate issues as necessary, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, research capabilities, and the agility to devise innovative solutions or alternatives.
- Strive for excellence in customer interactions by consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels to ensure the continuous relationship with Practo.
- Experience in handling calls and emails
- Ability to speak English, Hindi and any other regional language.
- Ability to multi-task, work with stakeholders to provide a great customer experience.
- Demonstrate ownership and strong logical reasoning skills.
- Mandate working from office for 6 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
