Job description As an Apprentice Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Experience team in various functions. This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience and insight into the dynamic field of HR within a fast paced and collaborative work environment. You will contribute to the success of various HR functions and assist in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture. A Day in the Life Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires. Handle basic HR administrative tasks: maintain employee records and update HR databases. Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations. Assist in developing training materials and resources. Support compliance efforts: ensure accurate record- keeping and documentation. Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. What You Need Must be available for apprenticeship tenure of minimum 1 year. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
