Ensure target achievement as per AOP on monthly & quarterly basis.
Ensure execution of marketing strategies/ activities/initiatives.
Distribution channel management
Customer relationship management
Marketing initiatives in the area
Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the area
Good relationships with the intervention cardiologist in the area
DSO/outstanding management (for respected territory/regions).
Maintaining and managing SFDC on regular basis (with targeted sales call averaged as agreed).
