Experience: 15–20+ years in renewable energy or industrial technology, with minimum 5 years in P&L leadershipRole Objective:
To lead and scale RCT Solutions' operations in India, including a new manufacturing facility, business development for hydrogen-based technologies, and the delivery of PV manufacturing consulting services, while ensuring strategic alignment with global goals.Key Responsibilities:Establish and lead India operations including P&L ownership, compliance, administration, and staffingOversee the execution and commissioning of a solar power equipment manufacturing facility in South IndiaDrive go-to-market strategy for hydrogen-based technologies across India and APACCollaborate with global HQ on technical standards, R&D initiatives, and knowledge transferDevelop local supply chain, academic, and joint venture partnershipsRepresent RCT Solutions at key industry events, government forums, and policy roundtablesEnsure timely execution of EPC projects and technology licensing engagementsLead strategic hiring and build a strong, performance-oriented leadership teamQualifications:B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering; MBA is preferredDeep understanding of solar PV and hydrogen energy ecosystemsProven experience in setting up factories, EPC project delivery, or industrial automation in IndiaStrong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks
