Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate at Courtyard by Marriott Gorakhpur. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Duties include making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel. The Housekeeping Associate will also assist in training new team members and delivering excellent customer service to our guests. Qualifications Experience in laundry and housekeeping tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous training in housekeeping procedures is a plus Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
