Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi/ NCR) Role Overview Your Tasks - What You can Expect as Assistant Manager-Application Technology (f/m/d): Introduction and implementation of customized technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements through customer visits, managing customer lab requests and work prioritization Cooperation with Technology Development and Analytical Laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs Continuous market and competitor observation from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs Work in coordination with the blending centres for faster implementation of solutions at customer end Resolution of technology related customer claims with regional team to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction Compliance with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards within the area of responsibility Accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards Travel to customer end for establishment of new products as well as complaint handling and trouble shooting Your Profile - What do You bring as Executive-Application Technology (f/m/d) Should be M.Sc (chemistry)/ equivalent degree. Need to travel to customer regularly. Should have prior experience of at leat 4-5 years experience in water base inks or related industry .
