About Company:It is one of three Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies established by an Indian smart electricity distribution company to execute a large-scale smart metering project in the Agra and Aligarh zones of Uttar Pradesh, India. The project involves replacing conventional meters with smart meters, implementing an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system, and providing operation and maintenance services for a period of 93 months. It is a subsidiary of a power and urban infrastructure company and is executing the project in collaboration with a global software technologies firm under the DBFOOT model.An Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a candidate with 0 to 1 year of total experience, including mandatory on-ground technical experience in Power Distribution. The candidate should hold a Diploma (Electrical or Electronics), B. Tech (Electrical or Electronics), or an equivalent qualification."Key Competencies:Facilitate outsourced agencies in their designated areas of operation. Provide technical support for various smart meter installation activities, including consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, and operations and maintenance performed by technicians and helpers. Lead consumer interactions to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and grievances. Ensure that committed targets are consistently met. Conduct quality checks on meter installation, consumer indexing, and operations & maintenance. Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, including DISCOM, consumers, and field teams.
