Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related discipline Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the banking, financial or ITindustry In-depth knowledge of SPOS, data flow processes, incident management, and banking systems Proficiency in using documentation tools and software Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining diagrams and visual aids Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards Work and communicate effectively with software developers, product marketing, and product managers to write and maintain high-quality documentation
