Roles and Responsibilities

Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding course selection and program suitability
Assist prospective students in understanding the benefits and advantages of various courses offered by Blitz Academy
Conduct detailed assessments of students' educational background, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable courses
Liaise with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the courses, programs, and industry trends
Contribute to the development and enhancement of counseling techniques and strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions
Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote the courses and programs offered by Blitz Academy
Track and report on the progress of students and provide feedback on their academic performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract prospective students
