Project Tracking & Coordination:
o Maintain a centralized dashboard to monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables
for all ongoing construction projects across five plant sites.
o Track key project milestones and flag delays or deviations for management
intervention.
Schedule Management & Recovery Planning:
o Analyze project schedules to identify risks and delays.
o Develop and implement recovery plans for projects lagging behind schedule, in
coordination with site teams and contractors.
Design & Drawing Management:
o Monitor and coordinate the timely delivery of design documents and construction
drawings.
o Review and approve site drawings to ensure compliance with overall design intent
and standards.
o Facilitate communication between design teams and site execution teams to resolve
discrepancies.
Reporting & Communication:
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks,
and key issues.
o Liaise with site project managers, engineering, procurement, and design consultants
to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related
field.
3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in an
industrial or multi-site setting.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling (e.g., using MS Project or
Primavera), and drawing standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and document management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with minimal supervision.
Experience in design of RCC / Steel Structures and knowledge of design software (Staad/
ETABS etc.) is preferable
Preferred:
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Experience with construction in manufacturing or plant environments.
Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau/other analysis software.Technical Skills
1. Project Scheduling & Tracking
o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
o Ability to monitor, update, and analyze project schedules and Gantt charts.
2. Construction Knowledge
o Strong understanding of construction methodologies, workflows, and terminology.
o Familiarity with plant-based or industrial construction environments is a plus.
3. Design & Drawing Review
o Competence in reading and reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
o Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD software.
4. Document Management
o Familiarity with document control systems.
o Ensuring timely release and version control of drawings and documents.
5. Risk & Recovery Planning
o Ability to assess project risks and develop practical recovery strategies for delayed
projects.
6. Reporting & Dashboarding
o Strong skills in Excel, Power BI/ Tableau or other reporting tools to present project
performance data to stakeholders.
