Monitor the HSE performance of operations within the assigned region for consistency, and offer strategic solutions as required. Provide support to Multiple rigs and visit the Rig/s for at least 3 nights per month on board the rig.Job DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities

Provide HSE support to Operations by assisting, mentoring and developing Rig HSE Advisors within your respective region, both in the office and offshore.
Provide HSE support to Operations in meetings with customers, regulators and upper management as required.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for the HSE Management System.
Provide support relating to all Corporate HSE Alerts, Advisories & Bulletins in assigned region.
Supports the development and implementation of HSE initiatives and programs to promote HSE performance.
Research and distribute HSE information & Initiatives for awareness by liaising and participating with external groups.
Support, participate or lead (if requested) Level 1 Top Set investigations as required.
Provide input and support for selected Safety Related initiatives as required.
Provide input to the CMS documentation as required.
Provides HSE support to company functions.
