Background- We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead all our full spectrum of marketing activities from - events, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.- Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you are a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we would like to meet you.- Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.Responsibilities :- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Events, Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department- Set, monitor and report on team goals- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives- Design and implement processes to enhance sales productivity, through market analysis, pipelines management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and lead generation - Oversee and respond to procurement driven RFPs & RFIs (Healthcare Provider Data Management Solutions) with financial analysis & presentations - Manage Analyst Relations, ensure research report coverage for the company- Initiate and develop new Partner relationships and strategic Marketing Management- Gain in-depth understanding about clients and industry - Demonstrate advanced marketing expertise in devising innovative go-to-market strategies for B2B products- Create appealing product videos, branding strategies, case studies, and web content. - Generate product demand and enhance user engagement by introducing omni-channel demand generation programs. - Employ a multi-channel approach in crafting integrated digital marketing strategies focusing on lead generation- Create brand awareness while regularly monitoring program performance, thus optimizing the media mix. - Spearhead a marketing team, administering hiring and training for marketing staff and product marketing.Requirements- Experience (10+ years) in running successful marketing campaigns- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably (but not necessarily) in the healthcare technology industry- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, marketing analytics (e.g., Google AdWords), business development processes and event management- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals- Strong analytical and process-oriented approach to work and team managementWhom You will Work with- Direct reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing, who brings 20+ years of experience to sales, marketing and business development- A team of marketing professionals who will report to the Head of Marketing- A team of dedicated healthcare technology professionals in product management and product development- CEO and Cofounder of the company (ref:updazz.com)
