By leading globally distributed project teams and bringing an effective management style to project delivery, you are pivotal in bringing to bear the interpersonal adoption of changes.What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to deliver high-quality, creative solutions ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Project Inception: Use Adobe's proprietary design thinking framework (Infuse) to build detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines while identifying key landmarks, risks, and dependencies
  • Project Delivery: Leverage agile project methodology to deliver minimally viable products (MVP) while planning for quick iterations, manage change requests and scope to ensure project is delivered on time and meets user requirements
  • Project Closure: Lead project retrospectives and provide recommendations for future projects/programs, ensure clean handoffs to program managers for ongoing programmatic work after project close
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and expertly engage partners to minimize project disruptions and ensure success
  • Partner with portfolio and change managers to ensure project alignment with interpersonal goals and long-term success
  • Define success metrics for each project to evaluate performance and impact.
  • Design and develop Talent Acquisition’s project management program to streamline project management support for all project sizes and train program managers on how to apply self-service frameworks effectively.
  • Organize and provide leadership for process improvement initiatives.
  • Track project interdependencies, achievements, and work across various project tracks and ensure project implementation and roll-out.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 7+ years of project management experience in software implementation projects, and/or HR projects with a solid background in project delivery in partnership with a robust team in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience working independently in a large enterprise environment or in an engineering organization with strength in partner management and working in globally diversified teams
  • Experience in applying Design Thinking methodology to optimally drive solutions that tackle business problems keeping the end user at the heart of your project.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools (Workfront preferred), Agile/Scrum experience, influencing without authority and conflict-resolution skills, experience working cross-functionally, strong facilitation skills, time zone management, and effective management of expectations.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with HR Technology (Workday, Phenom People, ServiceNow) and implementations in areas of Recruiting, Candidate Relationship Management, Rewards, Talent, M&A, and HR Services preferred.
  • Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and in presentation.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • PMP or similar preferred
