Designing and implementing strategies for monitoring performance metrics & key performance indicators (KPIs).
Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, track results, and enhance processes.
Leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior analytics members, and establishing best practices.
Partnering with internal/external stakeholders to create actionable monitoring plans.
Developing dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights for leadership.
Conducting root-cause analysis and resolving business challenges with analytics solutions.
Ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity in all decision-making processes.
Keeping up-to-date with emerging technology trends, tools, and industry best practices.

RequirementsEssential:

Experience: 8-14 years in analytics focusing on KPI monitoring and performance management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills to present complex data insights effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

Advanced degree (Master's) or relevant certifications in analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
