About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and operations-savvy leader to spearhead this exciting journey alongside the founder and senior leadership. You will plan and execute projects across different functions at Keka such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product and HR. You will work directly with the leaders and managers in their team to implement new initiatives and solve interesting, high-impact problems.The role would require a multi-disciplinary approach for anticipating and tackling various strategic and operational issues. Intellectual curiosity, first principles thinking, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks along with agility in hands-on execution would be instrumental to succeed in this role.Roles & Responsibilities· Strategy and Operations:o Define, plan and implement high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that address the organization's core focus areas including revenue growth and margin improvements (e.g., International go to market, setting up a new vertical, Sales process improvement etc)o Project management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of ongoing projects and new initiatives, ensure adherence to timelines and support stakeholders with planning and execution.· Stakeholder management:o Build and maintain relationships across all functions for successfully influencing outcomes.o Engage with leadership and managers to monitor business operations, enabling timely identification and removal of bottlenecks.o Organize and prioritize critical issues for the leadership team to facilitate efficient decision-making.o Define, track, and manage OKRs for different functions.· Analytical support:o Support leadership on key topics (e.g., growth & scaling, financial planning and budgeting, organization building etc.) by providing data-driven insights that directly influence business strategy.o Own presentations for internal and external stakeholders for key engagements such as monthly and quarterly business reviews, board presentations and investor reach outs.o Bring outside-in perspective to the organization's strategy and operations by assessing competitors / industry trends and sharing best practices.Qualifications· 3-8 years of experience in high-performance industries such as consulting/FMCG or founder's office/program management in high-growth startups· Bachelor's degree / MBA from Tier 1 institutesSkill requirements· Problem solving: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment that requires solving complex, open-ended business problems.· Hands on execution: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to implement projects and initiatives.· Outcome driven mindset: Focused on delivering tangible results and driving meaningful impact through strategic problem-solving and decisive action.· Functional excellence: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to work cross-functional.· Interpersonal and communication skills: Interact with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy and communicate recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and impactful way.· Agility: Flexibility to work through multiple iterations and switch quickly between changing priorities and diverse topics· Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across the organizationLocation: HyderabadReporting to: Founder
