Location: AhmedabadYour Role:We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant IT Manager to spearhead the implementation of SAP ERP software — building it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to lead a transformative project that will redefine how we operate, collaborating closely with diverse teams and expert partners to ensure a seamless digital evolution.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end SAP ERP implementation journey — from initial planning through launch and ongoing support.
  • Engage with business leaders and teams to capture detailed requirements and translate them into SAP-driven solutions.
  • Coordinate with SAP consultants and internal stakeholders to keep the project on time and within budget.
  • Manage critical phases like data migration, system integration, customization, and rigorous testing.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems, minimizing any disruption to business.
  • Develop training programs and resources to empower users and drive adoption.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Safeguard data security and compliance, maintaining robust backup protocols.
