Ltd., you will play a crucial role in building our exceptional team of professionals. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier IT talent to meet the company's evolving needs. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates who align with our values and contribute to our culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate and shortlist candidates for further interviews. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback. Keep candidates informed about their application status. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to guide effective recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with 0.6 to 1 years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with technical roles and understanding of IT industry trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficient in using recruitment tools and technologies.
