JD for Desktop Support Engineer.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, VPN, and standard business applications.Perform system imaging, software deployment, and patch management.Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Exchange.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).Provide support for video conferencing systems and meeting room setups.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, procedures, and asset inventory.Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Educate users on best practices and IT policies.
