Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Caller Doctor (BAMS/BHMS Fresher) at Dr. Bharti's Holistic Wellness. The Medical Caller Doctor will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, providing medical advice and guidance, and assisting in the implementation of holistic treatment plans. Additionally, the Medical Caller Doctor will ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent customer service. Qualifications Must hold a BAMS or BHMS degree Excellent verbal communication skills Strong medical knowledge and understanding of holistic treatments Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Fluency in English and Hindi
