- Participate in business enhancements on the system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
- Will manage team releases and coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
- Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems. Research inquiries within the System.
- Will assist in the creation and maintenance of System’s Operations procedures and processes
- Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
- Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support. analyzing the abends and Issues passed on by the L1 team
- Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly
