Mandatory: COBOl, JCL, DB2, VSAM
Good to have – IMS and CICS
Tools – CA-7 or similar, File-manager or Similar, Endevor or Similar

Roles and Responsibilities:

Participate in business enhancements on the system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
Will manage team releases and coordinate with internal customers on platform operations
Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to system (Back-end – Mainframe), back-end processing, and ancillary systems. Research inquiries within the System.
Will assist in the creation and maintenance of System’s Operations procedures and processes
Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support. analyzing the abends and Issues passed on by the L1 team
Will establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly
Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams, and resource
