Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyze production data and troubleshoot process issues to maintain product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to support new product introduction and process changes.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production performance and suggest improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process deviations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Assist in equipment selection, layout planning, and production tooling design.
Use ERP systems and other software tools to track production data and manage resources.Notes:
