- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to meet KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools and attribution models to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and content to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify growth opportunities and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
