- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.
- Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluations to SDRs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Ensure the team maintains a high volume of daily outreach to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
- Generate regular reports on SDR activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve team performance.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and FinBox’s product developments.
- Continuously refine and improve outreach and lead generation techniques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in a team lead role in sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful SDR team.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and systems.
