Hiring for Teamcenter Developer - PAN INDIAJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLM Teamcenter Developer to join our engineering and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. You will work closely with product engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and support Teamcenter functionalities to improve digital product lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications to meet business requirements.Work on Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Structure Manager, etc.Implement Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).Develop extensions using ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC, BMIDE, and custom handlers.Design and implement workflows, data models, and business logic as per the project scope.Support Teamcenter upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Provide end-user support and training as necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in PLM development, particularly with Siemens Teamcenter.Strong proficiency in:ITK (Integration Toolkit)RAC (Rich Application Client) and AWC (Active Workspace Client)BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE)SOA and Java/JavaScript customizationsGood understanding of Teamcenter architecture and deployment.Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).Experience in customizing and integrating Teamcenter with CAD/ERP systems.Familiarity with Teamcenter data model and product structure concepts.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Teamcenter version 12.x or later.Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD practices for PLM deployments.Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Siemens Teamcenter Certification (optional but preferred).
