hiring a Civil Site Supervisor with experience in wall panel or
gypsum installation to manage and supervise on-site execution of building
material projects. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in dry
construction, site coordination, and managing installation crews.Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site
installation of wall panels, gypsum boards, partitions, and drywalls.
Coordinate with contractors,
vendors, and internal teams for daily execution.
Ensure proper material
handling, site readiness, and safety compliance.
Conduct quality checks
during and after installation to ensure standards are met.
Maintain daily progress
reports and site records.
Communicate effectively with
clients and project managers for smooth handover.
Troubleshoot on-site issues
and escalate when necessary.
Ensure timely completion of
assigned work within project timelines.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years of
on-site experience in building materials (wall paneling, gypsum
board installation, partitions, dry construction).
Good understanding of
construction practices, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to read basic
drawings and layout plans.
Strong site coordination and
team supervision skills.
Basic computer and report
documentation skills.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
