- Research, design, and develop new filtration technologies for [air, liquid, or gas] systems.
- Conduct performance modeling, simulation, and analysis of filter media and filtration systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, and marketing) to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Prototype, test, and validate filtration systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Select and evaluate filter media and materials for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze test data and failure modes to refine designs and ensure product reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in existing products and processes.
- Document and present technical findings, design reports, and project status to stakeholders.
- Experience in automotive, HVAC, water treatment, or industrial filtration applications.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green filtration technologies.
- Patents or publications in filtration research are a plus.
- Knowledge of filtration principles, filter media types, and system design.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL), and test equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, prototyping, and performance validation.
- Understanding of industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO, SAE, etc.) relevant to filtration.
