- You will be part of Distribution team under Bharat Banking Vertical
- You will be responsible for handling Bharat Bank Agenda of the Bank for Clusters & branches mapped i.e., Bharat
- You will be responsible for driving Asset disbursement budgets & Deposits from assigned Bharat Bank Branches • You will be responsible for Partnership channel/VLE activation for the assigned geographies & driving Asset disbursement budgets & Deposit budgets through the same. • You will be responsible for managing distribution BBRO Channel in your location i.e. Driving Activation, productivity of Assets and Cross Sell products (Liabilities, cards etc.) along with ensuring multi product sourcing. • Work on key Strategic segmental Initiatives viz-a-viz CTD, Mandi Ecosystem, execution and scale the same in Bharat Bank Branches along with delivering the business objectives/assigned targets. • Conduct of Training, Recognition and Branch Engagement programs • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve business expectations for all product lines from Bharat Bank Branches in close coordination with Product/Sales teams of respective products. • Ensuring operational efficiency, grievance redressal & service support to all Bharat Bank Branches • Micro market mapping & market scoping activities to map potential catchment in each location. • Monitor and implement activities critical to business channel on regular basis. • New Bharat Bank Branches Launch plan & Micro marketing activities viz Prelaunch/Launch/Post launch activities in your location with close coordination with Branch Banking & Marketing team.

- 4+ years of experience in Banks, NBFC's preferably from Retail banking Program Management, cross sell background,
