The role focuses on business partnership, automation, data governance, and delivering scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.Location - GurgaonYour Future Employer - Client is a global provider of consulting, technology, and data science solutions to insurance organizations, known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across global markets.Responsibilities - * Act as primary technology partner for corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Risk
  • Identify business problems and drive digital initiatives, roadmap planning, and prioritization
  • Own lifecycle of SaaS applications including evaluation, implementation, integration, and operations
  • Govern application infrastructure, access architecture, and system performance
  • Drive process automation, workflow standardization, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Define and manage enterprise data architecture, models, governance, and data flows
  • Build and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse/lakehouse systems
  • Ensure data quality, governance, validation, and compliance standards
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Drive operational excellence, manage incidents, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Lead teams, manage vendors, and ensure performance, reliability, and audit compliance
Requirements - * 12-15 years of experience in enterprise applications, data architecture, and digital transformation
  • Strong expertise in SaaS ecosystems, APIs, cloud integration, and application infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience in data engineering, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Knowledge of automation platforms like Power Automate, UiPath, or Zapier
  • Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and access management
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Strong project/program management experience for large-scale implementations
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA or certifications preferred
