Job Description:Role/ Job Title: Regional Collection Manager-Central SettlementsFunction/ Department: Collections - Central SettlementsJob Purpose:The Key role of the RCM of Central settlements is to drive Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95%.Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases
To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer
To drive collections on the agreed settlement value
To drive key performance input measures like customer contactability, Login adherence and schedule management
To ensure cost of operations within the budget.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Close coordination with stakeholders.
To prepare and share daily weekly performance dashboards with internal and external stakeholders.
To monitor and drive team performance.
To coach and share timely feedback with team members.
To drive governance and hygiene.

Education Qualification:Graduation: Any GraduationExperience: 10 to 18 years of experience in Collections.
