Assistant Manager - Sustainability

• Energy Analysis & Simulation:

• Perform building energy modeling using tools like eQUEST and IES-VE
• Conduct daylight analysis, HVAC heat load calculations, and retrofit energy simulations
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE 90.1, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, WELL, and GRIHA standards
• Green Building Consulting & Documentation:

• Prepare credit documentation for green building certifications
• Review MEP designs and tender documents for energy compliance and optimization
• Coordinate with facilitation teams and stakeholders to gather project inputs
• Measurement & Verification:

• Conduct performance measurement and verification of energy savings (IPMVP Option-A/B/C/D)
• Perform utility analysis, BMS trend analysis, rebate analysis, and solar PV/cogeneration evaluations
• Project Management & Team Mentoring:

• Manage multiple energy simulation and green building consulting projects
• Mentor and train junior team members on energy simulation and certification processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, project management, and client stakeholders
• Reporting & Recommendations:

• Develop dashboards and reports for energy performance and optimization
• Provide actionable recommendations for energy efficiency and sustainable building practices

• Experience: 6–8 years in green building consulting, energy simulation, or sustainability projects
• Technical Skills: eQUEST, IES-VE, HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, BMS analytics
• Certifications: IGBC, LEED, WELL, GRIHA knowledge preferred
• Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical skills, project management, mentoring ability, stakeholder engagement, attention to detail

• Accuracy and quality of energy simulations and building analysis
• Successful submission and approval of green building certifications
• Energy savings achieved through retrofit and optimization recommendations
• Timely completion of projects and effective team mentoring
