- Lead and coordinate life sciences projects (API / Biotech and Formulations) from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Should have executed at least a Conceptual / Basic Design / Detailed Engineering project in Life Sciences industry.
- Implement best practices in project delivery for the success of assigned project.
- Monitor progress of work for Life science projects versus the schedule and coordinate between multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to identify project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators to ensure on time delivery.
- Apply engineering principles to analyse and optimize processes within the life science industry to guide project activities and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and implementing best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and timelines.
- Implement quality assurance processes as defined in project quality plans and overall organisational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports to client to maintain high standards of excellence.

- Develop project / engineering execution plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Deputise Project Engineering Manager / Project Manager as point of contact for internal / external clients, including understanding their requirements and meeting their expectations.
- Should be conversant with Life sciences project set-up, planning, schedule management, project monitoring / control activities and closeouts.
- Has a thorough understanding of project interfaces and discipline interdependencies for performing engineering and design activities on an assigned project.
- Implement risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with relevant life sciences projects experience. Minimum of 12 -15 years' experience in life sciences design consultancy / industry
- Experience in API / Formulation / Bio- Tech projects is preferrable.
- Proven experience in project management within the life sciences or consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of life sciences concepts and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to demonstrate to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
