We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic campus recruiter to join our team. The campus recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry level positions, this includes identifying and sourcing top talent managing relationships with universities and college career centers, conducting interviews and extending job offers. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable.Key Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with the college recruiting team and business area on hiring efforts
- Manage pipeline, screen applicants, interview and close candidates for full-time and intern positions
- Analyze, report, and recommend ways to evolve and improve our programs
- Opportunity to travel to key universities
- Identify and implement new recruiting program strategies focused on Sourcing
- Manage and own divisional recruitment, university relationships and program costs against allocated budget, for graduate/ intern hiring
- Introduce hire, train and deploy models, consultants/partners for sales & Non sales roles
- Campus Recruitment/Campus Hiring/campus placement/ Strategic thinking/Relationship

- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA/PGDM HR
