Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, including understanding of consumer behavior, distribution channels, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
