Core Job Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy Development:- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and deliver high-quality recruitment services.- Reduce the time it takes to fill open positions by implementing efficient recruitment processes and strategies.Talent Sourcing and Attraction:- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.Candidate Assessment and Selection:- Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Employer Branding and Marketing:- Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.- Implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.Process Optimization and Compliance:- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Data Analysis and Reporting:- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, trends, and insights for senior management.- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and deliver high-quality recruitment services.Other Detalis :

Work Timings – 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days – Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday’s off)
Work Location – Jagadia, Transport: Centralized Pickup and Drop from Bharuch and Ankleshwar

Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (6 months renewable basis on performance)
