Purpose of the jobThis role is related to Engineering department, Engineering officer is taking care Preventive and breakdown Maintenance and Implementation of site Project works, supervision of maintenance job work contractors and preparing the record and register of maintenance department etc.2. Key responsibilities

Ensure Proper maintenance of the plant, machinery, building, and infrastructure in the plant
Basic knowledge of Instrumentation equipment, understanding of logics.
Electrical and Instrumentation related Knowledge of mixers, extruders, mills, blender, BOPT, stacker, material lift equipment's.
Knowledge of Diagrams & symbols-

, , , . * Expertise in Logical diagrams (PLC, IOC)

Expertise in DCS operation & Programing.

. * Monitor MTBF and MTTR and drive Operational Efficiency in plant through reduction in breakdown. Implement Time Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance of equipment's and machines.

Raise Capital expenditure, budgeting and execution of projects.
Implement Engineering audits and health check program in the plant.

..HSES

Implementation of safety systems & procedures in the plant.
Ensure compliance to safety guidelines in the plant.
Monitoring HSES KPI's- Energy, Power, Utility etc.
Prepare and maintain Risk Analysis of work activities and implement the PTW System as per HSES procedures.
PSM implementation..

3. Level of autonomyYes - He needs to take approval from higher Manager.4.
