- Manage the entire procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with organisational goals and policies.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and payment activities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to the team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of fast track experience, involving promotions and high achievement
- End to end domain expertise in the Procure to Pay cycle
- Proven expertise in procure-to-pay processes within Captive Shared Services, professional services or consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
