- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support Real Estate projects and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Real Estate sector
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic planning
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against KPIs and business objectives
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within the Real Estate division
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis
- Proven track record in the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and financial modeling
